In taking over as Chairman of Wales Watersports I would take this opportunity to thank all of our trade partners for their support and assistance in the promotions and at the events we have attended over the last year.

The watersports industry in
We are told that many businesses have had a successful year with good levels of sales and positive signs for the year ahead. Many of our marinas are operating at capacity and demand appears to be starting to outstrip supply.
This is all good news for
To that end Wales Watersports is continually assessing its activities to ensure that we are getting a good return from our investment and providing a quality programme for our trade partners.
For example, we are presently evaluating the purchase of a mobile exhibition unit that will allow us to attend a greater number of events and festivals and also have a presence at other events that would not be financially viable were we to take stand space. We are presently discussing these proposals with key partners and potential sponsors and will update you on our decision in the near future.
We have now launched details about our two new brochures for 2007. It is important that we show all of our backers that the marine industry is moving forward in a co-ordinated manner for the benefit of all of
