The Barmouth to Fort William PowerBar Three Peaks Yacht Race combines yachting, mountain running and cycling into one of the greatest adventure challenges in British sport. Teams consist of three sailors and two runners, who set sail from Barmouth on the Welsh coast to Fort William in Scotland, via Caernarfon and Whitehaven, racing to the summits of Snowdon (3560ft) Scafell Pike (3208ft) and Ben Nevis (4408ft) on the way.

The annual celebration of everything fishy will be packed with over 150 events for families, foodies, beach-lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, anglers and cultural devoties alike.

An upstream canoeing event, taking advantage of the flood tide to start in the Deganwy Narrows, and finish at Dolgarrog Bridge approximately 15km away. The river offers many challenges in reading water and weather conditions and is rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery.

An event open to Scouts and Leaders. The purpose of the event is to encourage expeditioning by canoe or kayak and provides approximately 35 miles of canoeing between Hoarwithy near Hereford and Monmouth over 3 days.

Come along and try dinghy sailing and find out about Cardiff Yacht Club. All welcome - members, non-members, family and friends, young and not so (children need to be accompanied).
No experience necessary. Expect to get your feet wet, so appropriate footwear, a towel and a change of clothing (just in case). BBQ.
