Pembrokeshire Fish Week 2008 is bigger and better than ever!
The annual celebration of everything fishy will be packed with over 150 events for families, foodies, beach-lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, anglers, and cultural devotees alike.

Tempt your tastebuds with a choice of more than 50 foodie events - from fresh crab lunches to fish and chip suppers, seafood extravaganzas and fish cookery demos with celebrity chefs.
Children and families can enjoy fun days all over the county, snorkel safaris, rockpool rambles, crab catching, and seaside-inspired art and craft workshops.
Would-be anglers can pick from a range of learn-to-fish days while more experienced anglers of all ages can take part in coarse or sea fishing competitions.
Don't miss sea shanty nights in local pubs, historical fishing exhibitions, art workshops, photography competitions and more.
Pembrokeshire Fish Week 2008 will be held between 21st and 29th June.
The festival, which attracted more than 15,000 visitors in 2007, is organised by Pembrokeshire County Council.
"Fish Week not only aims to raise awareness of the wealth of fish and shellfish to eat, catch and buy in the county but to provide an exciting festival for all to enjoy," said Kate Morgan, Food Officer at Pembrokeshire County Council and Fish Week organiser.
One of the annual highlights is the Celebrity Chef Fish and Shellfish Masterclass. This year, it will be hosted by Mitch Tonks, leading fishmonger, restaurateur and food writer.
"Mitch is one of the most passionate advocates of cooking and eating seafood in Britain today, and we're really looking forward to welcoming him to Pembrokeshire," said Kate.
A household name among fish lovers, Mitch has opened twelve FishWorks restaurants in the South East, and was recently voted Tatler's 'Restaurateur of the Year'.
He is a regular on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and has written three cookery books - the FishWorks Seafood Café Cookbook, The Fishmonger's Cookbook, and The Aga Seafood Cookbook.
The Masterclass will be held at the Torch Theatre in Milford Haven on June 26th.
Pembrokeshire Fish Week is funded by Pembrokeshire County Council, the Welsh Assembly Government, South West Wales Tourism, and Milford Haven Port Authority.
Pembrokeshire Fish Week was shortlisted in the 'Best Event Major in Wales' category in the prestigious Welsh National Tourism Awards 2007. The category - which was won by HSBC Brecon Jazz - recognised events offering visitors a top-quality experience.
"The festival is unique in that it encompasses the whole of Pembrokeshire, not just one town or area," said Kate. "It's about using the area's assets - its coast, rivers, food, and culture - to help people experience true Pembrokeshire life."
