North Wales Watersports - Cruise in Company - 20 June 2009
Join us with your sail or motor boat for one or two weeks cruising the beautiful coastline of north west Wales. If you’re looking for fun sailing, social evenings and an itinerary that includes stop offs at some of the most beautiful locations around Anglesey and Tremadog Bay, this is the cruise for you.
This will be the third cruise around the region. It brings together Irish and Welsh sailing and powerboat crews with plenty of social opportunity and events at the clubs and ports enroute.
Enjoy the challenge of exploring new coastline and havens along north Wales’ coastline, with the benefit of sailing in a group with a lead boat on hand to provide guidance and advice if required.
For the first time we will be providing some informal seminars relating to sailing techniques (at no extra charge) and there will also be an opportunity for the group to express interest to participate in RYA short courses - VHF/SRC, Radar and Sea Survival at a competitive rate.
The cruise is broken down into two legs and crews can join us for one or two weeks -
20-27th June 2009
Leg 1 Anglesey Adventure - circumnavigate Anglesey, starting and finishing at Caernarfon.
28th June-4th July 2009
Leg 2 Tremadog Bay Cruise - leave Caernarfon, head south to Barmouth and Aberdovey, returning to Caernarfon.
